Syfovre - The Apellis Assist Program is sponsored by Apellis, the manufacturer of Syfovre. This copay card will cover up to $25,000 of any remaining balance of the drug itself as well as the administration of the drug after your insurance company has paid, including your deductible. Izervay - The Izervay My Way copay assistance program is sponsored by Astellas, the manufacturer of Izervay. This copay card will cover up to $20,000 of any remaining balance of the drug after your insurance company has paid, including your deductible.
