LUCIA is a clinical trial that studies the effectiveness of EYP-1901 in comparison to Eylea in active Wet Age-related Macular Degeneration (AMD)
EYP-1901 is an TKI (tyrosine-inhibitor) designed to dissolve slowly overtime.

ELARA is a clinical trial that researches the effectiveness of aflibercept HD for Nevascular Macular Degeneration and Diabetic Macular Edema at 4 week injection intervals.

SIENNA is researching the effectiveness of cemdisiran vs the cemdisiran in combination with pozelimab in slowing the progression of geographic atrophy (GA) which is secondary to age-related macular degeneration.
